Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non‑CDL / CDL Truck Driver to join its Transportation team.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
• Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds); carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders; walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.

Pay

Rate: $24.50+ per hour for Non‑CDL drivers; $26.50+ per hour for CDL drivers. Reasonably expected salary range: $46,800.00 – $58,500.00 per year (starting salary may vary based on factors such as experience and location).
