Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides support services to Attended Donation Centers (ADC), Storefront Donation Centers (SDC), and retail stores.
• Performs pickups of after-hours drop-offs of donations, trash, and bulk waste across retail and donation center locations.
• Executes on-demand service requests such as VIP donation pickups that do not require CDL rated vehicles.
• Delivers supplies such as bottled water, industrial and commercial supplies, and promotional materials, among others, as required.
• Supports seasonal and company-wide events.
• Supports non-driving operational duties across the distribution center as required.
• Completes and submits the daily trip manifest upon returning to the dispatch office.
• Maintains superior internal and external customer service levels.
