Pay

Hourly rate: $20.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience (with opportunity for tips and overtime). Annual potential: $40,000–$60,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips). $1,800 sign-on bonus opportunity.

Schedule

Full-time and flexible schedules available. Day, night, and weekend shifts. Must be available for early morning dispatch (e.g., 4:30 a.m. starts).

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (DOT card if applicable)
• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Ability and prior experience driving 26 ft box truck, completing logs, and inspections
• Must complete all training and requirements to qualify as an Olympia driver
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to branch location for on-time arrival
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Willing to undergo a criminal background investigation
• High energy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50–75+ pounds regularly
• Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day
• Team player ready to tackle challenges
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Move, disassemble, and reassemble furniture and appliances
• Load and unload large items to and from trucks, ensuring safe loading to legal capacity
• Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, protecting fragile goods
• Unpack items and arrange new spaces according to customer specifications
• Maintain vehicle equipment, including fueling, inspections, and safety checks via company app
• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
