Pay

Hourly rate: $22.00–$26.00 per hour (with opportunity for tips and overtime). Annual potential: $55,000–$75,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips) with a $1,800 sign‑on bonus opportunity.

Schedule

Full‑time with flexible schedule – you can tell us when you are available; day, night, and weekend work opportunities. Early‑morning dispatch (e.g., 4:30 a.m. starts) required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (for driver position) and DOT card (if applicable)
• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Ability and prior experience driving a 26‑ft box truck, completing logs and inspections
• Ability to complete all training and requirements to qualify as an Olympia driver
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to branch location for on‑time arrival
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated professionalism
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
• Willing to undergo a criminal background investigation
• Above‑average energy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50–75+ lb regularly
• Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day
• Team player ready to tackle any challenge
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Move, disassemble, and reassemble furniture and appliances
• Load and unload large items to and from trucks, and safely load shipments to trucks within legal capacity
• Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, protecting fragile goods
• Unpack items and arrange new spaces according to customer specifications
• Maintain vehicle equipment: fill fuel tank, perform general motor‑vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed for safety via company app
• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
