Responsibilities
- Build strong driver relationships through consistent engagement, coaching, and support
- Solve problems in real time—managing disruptions, adjusting plans, and making smart decisions quickly
- Navigate conflict effectively with drivers, customers, and internal partners while staying respectful and solution-focused
- Coach performance, reinforce expectations, and hold drivers accountable to safety, service, and company expectations
- Drive retention by addressing concerns early and improving driver satisfaction
- Champion safety and compliance while supporting driver well-being
- Optimize performance by strategically assigning loads to maximize productivity and revenue
- Collaborate across teams to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service

- Transportation industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Proficiency in map reading and navigation is essential.

Pay
Total cash compensation range of this position is $70,000 to $120,000+ which includes a base salary range that starts at $57,500 plus first-year training incentive of $12,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
