Driver / Laborer

About the role

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is now hiring dedicated team members to assist with packing, moving, transporting, and assembling customers' items. This job involves more than just physical labor; it requires excellent customer service and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the premises
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; interface comfortably with customers
• Aid the driver with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
• Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and regular drug screening
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, manufacturing, production, customer service, or warehouse helpful
• Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly

Qualifications

While experience is helpful, we prioritize attitude and provide comprehensive training. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a positive attitude are essential.
