Driver / Laborer

About the role

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Schaumburg is hiring immediate openings for Movers and Drivers. We are looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who can provide exceptional service and perform various tasks including moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings
• Greet customers professionally, conduct walk-throughs, and establish a positive first impression
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Drivers: Safely operate a 26’ box truck and lead the moving team
• Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physical strength and stamina to lift 100 lbs. + repeatedly
• Professional, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (Driver positions only)
• Previous experience in moving, labor, trucking, or warehouse work is helpful, but not required

What We Offer

• Class C Drivers - $20-$23/hour
• Movers/Laborers - $15-$18/hour
• Top performers earn an additional $4–$5/hour in tips
