About the role

Keep Bender CCP moving! We're seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Driver who takes pride in being dependable and doing the job right. This hands-on position involves more than just driving; you'll play a crucial role in ensuring equipment, materials, and operations flow smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Transport large or specialized equipment, tooling, parts, and materials between Bender CCP facilities, customers, vendors, and other locations.
• Load and unload flatbed trucks, and secure loads using straps, chains, binders, tarps, and other equipment.
• Inspect your vehicle and loads, complete delivery paperwork, and communicate with customers and team members to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• Enjoy a hands-on, active workday, work independently, and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Be comfortable working outdoors and around industrial environments, and able to safely climb onto and around trailers when securing or inspecting loads.

Requirements

• Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• A strong commitment to safe driving and load-handling practices.
• Flatbed or industrial delivery experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.

You should be comfortable working independently and communicating professionally with customers and coworkers. A willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed is also essential.

Pay

$24.00–$28.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Additional Hours

Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
