Driver I

Responsibilities

• Perform daily assigned routes and on-demand duties to ensure accurate and timely delivery of various items.
• Maintain daily electronic and hard copy vehicle logs of each stop in accordance with department performance measures.
• Participate in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships.
• Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation services.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with relevant departments to coordinate transportation needs.
• Operate transportation vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and organizational policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of transportation vehicles.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Grad or Equivalent
• Previous courier experience (preferred)
• Driver's License (DL) (required)
• Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack certification (FKLT) (preferred)

$16.63 - $26.60 per hour
