Schedule: 8-5pm EST / Monday-Friday
Pay: $19.00/HR

Position Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport medical supplies and equipment to patients, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
• Perform equipment pick-ups and ensure proper handling and documentation
• Educate patients on equipment usage, delivery schedules, and basic compliance information
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with accuracy and care
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for daily delivery routes
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing packages through FedEx
• Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately and on time
• Absorb and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in resolving patient concerns
• Support general warehouse operations, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Position Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (Class D or higher) with a clean driving record
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially when handling equipment and documentation
• Able to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities throughout the day
