Driver | Day Shift (7:30 AM–4:00 PM)

About the Role

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Full-Time Driver to join our team at Pathways Omaha (5755 Sorensen Parkway, Omaha, NE 68152). This role focuses on providing safe and timely transportation for participants, as well as transporting meals, durable medical equipment, and other necessary items. The Driver is responsible for maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, and communicating any safety concerns to the Transportation Supervisor.

Schedule

Primarily Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required to support participant appointments, special outings, and transportation needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation of Immanuel Pathways participants.
• Transport meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy items, and other necessary materials.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the assigned vehicle on a daily basis.
• Communicate any safety issues to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Transport individuals with special mobility needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s license is required. In Iowa, a Chauffeur's license will be required prior to hire.
• CDL certificate may be required depending on location.
• CNA certificate may be required depending on location.
• Must successfully pass a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred.

Pay

Up to $23.36/hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.
