Driver Data Coordinator

Position Summary: The Driver Data Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Barnhart's commitment to safety and operational excellence. This position is responsible for monitoring driver performance data, maintaining equipment records, and assisting with driver coaching initiatives to help ensure safe and efficient operations across our nationwide fleet. Responsibilities Manage and maintain data related to more than 2,000 pieces of driver equipmentMonitor and review data from driver safety and telematics systemsSupport driver coaching efforts through verbal and online communication to encourage safe driving behaviorsAccurately document coaching conversations and follow-up activitiesAnalyze and validate equipment feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementEnter, maintain, and update information in company databases and reporting systemsPerform routine data audits and backups to support data accuracy and integrityCollaborate with operations, safety, and transportation teams to support fleet performance initiativesPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a teamProficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and OutlookValid driver's license requiredAbility to pass a drug screen, fit-for-duty assessment, and background check Barnhart Offers 401(k) with company match up to 10% of payMedical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families after 90 daysPaid time off and additional employee benefitsBarnhart cares family assistance and community service programsOpportunities for professional development and career advancement throughout our nationwide network PURPOSE – Barnhart is built on a strong foundation of serving others.
