Driver Crew Member - Maintenance (50492)
About the Role
We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This is a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site. Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Safely drive a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
- Perform daily vehicle inspections
- Work as a member of the landscape maintenance crew, completing jobsite tasks including:
- Mowing, edging, and blowing
- Pruning, planting, and weed pulling
- Applying mulch and general landscape maintenance duties
- Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
- Move soil, equipment, and materials
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
- Landscaping experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
