As the face of Naniq, you'll play an important role in ensuring freight is delivered safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight Deliver freight accurately and on schedule Scan, verify, and document shipments Load and unload freight safely using proper lifting techniques Use hand trucks and ramps to safely off-load deliveries Complete assigned routes and adjust for delays as needed Ensure freight is secure and protected during transit Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery records Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety requirements Report equipment issues, delays, and delivery concerns in a timely manner Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and coworkers Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and properly maintained Assist with warehouse duties, including loading, organizing, and staging freight Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Current DOT Medical Card Class B CDL or Hawaii Class 4 License required Must be 21 years of age or older Delivery, transportation, or commercial driving experience preferred Strong safety, communication, and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match Voluntary Accident Insurance Quarterly Loyalty Incentive Bonus Program Physical Requirements This position requires prolonged sitting, frequent entry and exit from vehicles, lifting and moving freight, and working in varying weather conditions.
