Driver - Class B

Role Overview: Responsible for safe, professional pick-up and delivery between Service Centers and customers using straight trucks, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operate straight trucks and secure freight using pallets, straps, and ropes.Perform daily safety inspections and follow dispatch instructions.Load, unload, and handle freight with manual and motorized equipment.Complete documentation, maintain records, and process freight charges.Follow hazardous material regulations and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.Perform additional duties as required, including freight handling and tire chaining. Qualifications & Skills Valid Class B CDL with hazardous materials and tank endorsements.At least one year of recent experience with straight trucks or completion of a driver development course.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, read route schedules, and work independently or in a team.Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor work in all weather, exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials, with varying hours based on operational needs.
