Key Accountabilities

• Drive established routes to deliver products to assigned locations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
• Complete required paperwork, including Department of Transportation logbooks and DVIRs.
• Adhere to company uniform standards and safety regulations.
• Plan and execute trip logistics, ensuring proper documentation and cargo security.
• Communicate changes to schedules and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Comply with SEKO’s C-TPAT Security Profile and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in workplace safety initiatives and contribute to a safe environment.

Requirements

• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail for processing deliveries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of other MS Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GPS navigation technology.
• Understanding of the delivery area and alternative routes.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years driving experience in a distribution environment.
• Class A, B, or C Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.
• Experience with route delivery/driving.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits are being provided in accordance with state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary based on location, individual competencies, and other factors. Compensation is shown as $25.00 per hour.
