Qualifications

• Required: Valid Class B CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Required: Ability to perform manual labor, including bending, squatting, crouching, and lifting 50+ pounds.
• Required: Strong understanding of load securement, DOT regulations, and construction site safety protocols.
• PREFERRED: Demonstrated experience operating mobile truck cranes in a construction or industrial environment.
• PREFERRED: Prior experience in the trenching, shoring, or underground utility industry.
• PREFERRED: Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn specialized equipment operation.

Physical Demands

This role requires significant physical activity, including working outdoors in various weather conditions, climbing on and off equipment, and utilizing manual tools to secure loads.
