Driver CDL

Join Mondelēz International/NABISCO as a Driver CDL in Nashville, TN to help drive the future of snacking. You’ll deliver our products—including Oreo, Ritz, Triscuit, Sour Patch, and Swedish Fish—safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses across Middle TN, southern KY, northern Alabama, and southern Indiana.

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday (5 days per week), 3rd shift starting between 12 AM–2 AM
• Shifts finish when work is completed (typically 10 hours per shift)
• 40–50 hours per week

Principal location: 5600 East Division St, Mt. Juliet, TN.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks of tractor, trailer, pallet jack, and other equipment
• Complete daily field service activities: prepare receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch

Requirements

• CDL-Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for military-base access)
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check; FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and local/state/federal transportation regulations
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
• Proficiency with smartphones, electronic logging devices (ELD), and scanners
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperatures
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct store delivery (DSD) experience

Pay

• Hourly pay rate: $32 per hour
