Home Every Night | Local Routes Earn 400-$600 per day or $100k-$120k annually (Pay per Load)$32/hour training payNight shift will receive a $25/day differential$5,000 Retention bonus availableFull-Time Schedule:5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 offNight shift 4-6pm to 4-6am Work Location 3532 East Fairview, ND 59221 Why Join Savage Modern fleet — most trucks less than 5 years oldPaid Time Off (PTO) & Paid HolidaysProfit‑sharing bonusCompany‑provided uniforms and laundry serviceComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)Strong safety culture and consistent support from leadership What You’ll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive pre and post-shift vehicle and equipment inspections, and take appropriate action on encountered problems Sample, test, and purchase crude oil using onboard equipment at designated locations.Load and unload crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs).Ensure accurate documentation, product integrity, and regulatory compliance during all operations.Utilize any on-board computer terminals to accurately record locations visited and products handled and ensure any additional paperwork is complete, neat, and legible Report incidents (operational and/or safety-related), as instructed, in a timely mannerContain and report any spill according to the established Occurrence Reporting proceduresTake an active role in our safety program, including attendance at all safety meetings and ensuring safe behaviors of self and subordinatesTransport additional chemical products as assigned.Haul oilfield tubulars on flatbed trailers, ensuring proper load securement and regulatory compliance. Job Requirements Class A CDL with hazardous materials and tanker endorsements 2+ year of CDL Experience, preferably in an oilfield environment 1+ year of Crude or liquid hauling experienceA commitment to work without an occurrence; no spills, no injuries and no property damageCan successfully pass Savage’s road test, which will include a proper pre- and post-trip inspection of the vehicleComfortable working in an oilfield environment, including climbing ladders and stairs to the top of tanks, and working around flammable gases and other toxic fumesMust be willing to work days/nights/holidays High School Diploma/GED Physical Requirements Climb into and out of the cab multiple times per shiftApply snow chains to tiresClimb ladders and work at heights when neededLift 50+ pounds occasionallyWork and drive in adverse weather conditions
