CDL A Reefer Hazmat Truck Driver
- Safely transport freight that must be kept under refrigerated conditions.
- Drive in accordance with all state, local and federal laws and regulations at all times.
- Monitor freight throughout the trip.
- Load and unload trailer, either individually or with assistance, with or without mechanical handling equipment.
- Record hours of service via an electronic log.
- Maintain vehicle interior and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform visual inspections of assets prior to leaving the facility, throughout the shift and upon return.
- Communicate any vehicle or equipment damage to maintenance before loading via use of an electronic log.
- Utilize safe driving skills in maneuvering at varying speeds in a variety of situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather and tight spaces.
- Complete all documentation and data entry associated with inspection reports, work orders, shipping documents and other project notes in an accurate manner.
- Communicate any and all accidents and/or incidents immediately.
- Troubleshoot and eliminate problems via individual initiative or via teamwork in tandem with dispatch and/or maintenance.
- Maintain professionalism in interactions with customers and members of the public.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A required
- Hazmat required
- 2+ years proven experience in commercial truck driving preferred
- Clean driving record with no moving violations
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles
- Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
- Possess great physical stamina and focus during long driving shifts
- Able to operate electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
- Proficient using GPS and other routing systems
- Map reading and route planning experience
- Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
- High level of composure and good stress management
Stacker - Wetout Technician
- Read construction sheet and customer requirement sheet fully in order to meet the customer requirements.
- Assist co-workers in machine setups.
- Assist co-workers in wrapping and strapping down completed liners.
- Stack liners on pallets neatly and correctly according to customer requirements.
- Assist Inspectors in reviewing the liner as it comes of the line for any quality issues.
- Report any quality problems to Supervisor immediately.
- Check drive rollers for needles prior to running coated material and after running felt material and/or at the beginning of the shift.
- When stacking liners, keep repairs out of folds.
- Consult with your Supervisor to determine correct pallet size for liner.
- Continually review supplies and report to your Supervisor any shortages.
- Work in a safe manner at all times by following the company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hourly position that requires work in the plant when not driving. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required as job duties demand.

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is: 25 - 30 USD per hour (United Felts - Martinsville)
