Driver - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

About the role

As a Bilingual Driver at SiteOne Landscape Supply, you will operate company vehicles to deliver products and provide outstanding service to customers. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, collaborating with teammates to support branch operations, and adhering to safety protocols, including the use of in-vehicle dash cameras to ensure driver, workforce, and public safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries
• Make deliveries and ensure products arrive undamaged
• Operate vehicles in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Follow SiteOne safety guidelines, including lifting and managing heavy objects and working in all weather conditions
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store and perform general duties when not driving
• Do not obstruct or interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras, which must remain on during working hours (cameras may be turned off during off-duty time)
• Adhere to all SiteOne safety and security protocols

Skills

• Valid state driver’s license
• Driving experience, preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, preferred
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Readiness and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, and irrigation products, a plus
• Experience with electric pallet jack and/or forklift, a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
