About the role

woodallgrain is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Grain Services Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of grain storage, transportation, and risk management services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of grain storage facilities
• Manage transportation logistics for bulk grain shipments
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect client assets
• Collaborate with clients to ensure service excellence and satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, supply chain management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grain handling and transportation
• Experience in risk management and financial analysis
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
