Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from doctor's appointments and other scheduled activities, including dialysis runs that may start as early as 4 AM.
• Accommodate changes to the schedule and adapt transportation plans as needed.
• Provide a comfortable, safe, and caring environment during transport for all residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff to ensure all needs are met.

Requirements

• Flexible Availability: Must be available for early shifts, including some as early as 4 AM for dialysis runs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a dependable and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with facility staff.
• Must have professional references available.
