Qualifications

Current and valid license and a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED. Required to pass all pre-employment screening exams and PPD test. Excellent communication skills and experience with professional transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Carries belongings, opens doors, and cautions residents on steps and other objects in their path. Opens/closes and loads/unloads walkers and wheelchairs. Assist participants in and out of the vehicle, utilizing the wheelchair lift and/or stairs, if needed. Ensures residents are safely seated with seat belts secured. Account for presence of all participants when leaving or returning. Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained. Interact with participants in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention and communicating concerns of participant's health to management as appropriate.
