About the role

Responsible for the transportation of patients, new admissions and business materials to and from Eagleville Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Drive regularly scheduled hospital runs.
• Drive special and emergency runs as requested.
• Follow a preventative maintenance schedule for all hospital motor vehicles.
• Use computer and iPhone to obtain work order assignments.
• Maintain cooperative, courteous and respectful attitude in all interactions with patients, visitors and staff.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, stating to the caller “Eagleville Hospital,” your name and department.
• Assist patients, family members and other customers with concern and empathy.
• Respect patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Communicate with all customers in a respectful and courteous manner.
