Driver

About the role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Driver to support our Appliance Recycling program. In this role, you will operate a 26‑ft box truck to service multiple customer locations each day, working closely with a team to safely remove large appliances. The ideal candidate is physically capable, customer‑oriented, and flexible with scheduling, including occasional extended days and overnight travel. This position requires working in a variety of environments and weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service. Successful candidates will reside in the Denver, CO area.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26‑ft box truck to multiple customer locations daily.
• Work as part of a team to remove large appliances from customers homes using dollies, team lifts or other safe methods.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including extended days and occasional overnight travel (up to once per month).
• Perform physical job tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
• Work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.
• DOT medical card (assistance available at offer stage if needed).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Denver.
• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Pay

Target Compensation: $26/hour. Compensation Range: $19.55 – $27.25 per hour. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
