Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team of skilled moving professionals servicing moving projects for corporate and residential clients.

Responsibilities

• Driving a 26'ft truck and managing crew members to and from our customer’s residence with packing materials and crates.
• Manage on-site crews to ensure efficient packing of household goods items and effective service and delivery to clients and homeowners.
• Responsible for accurate and complete transactions on all paperwork; securing signatures and collection of payment.
• Submit paperwork to Dispatchers to validate the crew’s man-hours and report any incidents.
• Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times.
• Prepare inventories of household good items when necessary for items to be shipped.
• Routinely involves lifting, movement, and placement of heavy items by hand or with the assistance of material handling equipment (hand-truck or dolly).
• Act as liaison with customer service reps, dispatch, and warehouse staff to meet Company’s obligations to the client.

Qualifications

• Active Driver’s license (non-CDL)
• Required: 1+ years of experience driving a commercial vehicle
• The candidate must have good communication skills and be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a routine basis.
• Reliable, punctual, and available to accommodate flexible work schedules.
• Self-starter, capable of operating with minimal direction or supervision.
• Candidate must pass a DOT physical, background investigation.
• Prior Moving and storage or furniture delivery experience is a plus.
