This role involves specialized warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, forklift operation, fabrication, counter work, and occasional customer deliveries. You may be required to operate a Company Vehicle (10,001–26,000 GVW) during the workweek. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, fabricate, and transport goods.
• Carry heavy merchandise (50–300 pounds) up and down stairs using body straps or a furniture dolly.
• Verify items against purchase orders and packing slips; report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• File orders for delivery and ensure proper storage of supplies and equipment.
• Operate forklifts or other machinery to complete tasks.
• Drive company vehicles to pick up stock or deliver materials to designated locations (non-CDL).
• Serve as an emergency backup driver when needed.
• Inspect vehicles and supplies to ensure road safety.
• Maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Work Environment

• Typically located in a comfortable environment with exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.
• Requires intermittent physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting heavy or awkward materials (50+ pounds).
• Overnight travel is required less than 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related role.
• Valid Driver’s License from state of residence.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
