About the role
A typical day starts at the yard with a pre-trip inspection and loading materials with the team. You'll complete local delivery runs using a flatbed and truck-mounted lift, guided by a delivery app for routing and tracking. The role involves skilled delivery work requiring precision and problem-solving, interacting with customers to ensure accurate product placement. You'll return to the yard at the end of the day—no overnight routes. The work environment is primarily outdoors.
PARR promotes from within, offering transparent pay structures and opportunities for growth. Many members of the management team started in entry-level positions. The company values employees like family and provides a safe, supportive work environment with consistent hours and weekends off.
