About the Role

Come join our team at The Boulevard of St. Peters Senior Living at 500 Bluffstone Circle, St. Peters, MO 63304! We are looking for someone to:

• Be a “Resident Relations Roadster” by meeting resident transportation needs and assisting in safe and timely arrival to appointments.
• Be a “Maintenance Maven” by assisting with maintenance duties and safety needs throughout the community.
• Be a “Service Superstar” by providing first-class customer service to community residents in a safe and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments safely and on time.
• Assist with maintenance duties and ensure community safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items over 50 pounds.
• Engage in active work requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day.
• Use a ladder as required for job functions.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, including in inclement weather.
• Demonstrate leadership, supervision, time management, and organizational skills.
• Represent and promote activities and programs within the community.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a state-required chauffeur class license.
• Clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy.
• First aid certified.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
• Pass a criminal background check and be fidelity bondable.
• Good physical health, verified by a physician’s health screening (within six months prior to or seven days following employment).
• Test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Experience in senior housing is preferred.

Pay

Starting wage for Driver: $17.00–$22.50 per hour.

Schedule

Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
