• Perform daily transportation functions by operating diesel-powered tractor-trailer.
• Transport raw materials and finished good products between warehouse and manufacturing facility locally.

Qualifications and Knowledge

• Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
• Driving record must meet KanPak policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 pounds.

Physical Activity Requirements

• Sit and talk or hear.
• Stand and walk.
• Climb in/out of a diesel-powered tractor trailer.
• Be able to grip and crank up/down landing gear on trailers.
• Open/close both roll and swing doors on trailers – all up to twenty times per shift.
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and cold or hot conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
