• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment – a plus but not required.

What You Will Do

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring Players have what they need.
• Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages, keep service areas clean and stocked, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team where needed – restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or cleaning common areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Live Topgolf’s core values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring) each day.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb, including transporting food trays up and down elevations and stairs.
• Remain on your feet for most of the shift.
• Perform a variety of active tasks throughout the day.
• Maintain endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.
