Drilling Leadman - RDI

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Drilling Leadman to join our team and oversee crew work assignments while meeting production goals set by the superintendent. As a Leadman, you'll play a crucial role in our foundation drilling projects.

Responsibilities

• Aligning the crane or drill truck with the drill shaft, working closely with drillers
• Maintaining the safety perimeter and ensuring boundaries are maintained
• Drilling the hole to the required depth
• Setting the rebar to grade and pouring concrete to grade

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a foundation drilling Leadman
• At least 2 years of experience in the foundation drilling industry
• Experience with crane and/or truck rigs is required
• Ability to work safely under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75lbs), and standing for extended periods
• Good eye-to-hand coordination and depth perception
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Flexible availability to work overtime and weekends
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen actively
