Driller Helper
Performing standard penetrometer testing operations
- Locating borings in the field
- Recording required drilling data
- Reporting project-specific issues to the project manager and/or your supervisor
Maintaining and operating equipment
- Performing drill rig and support truck maintenance
- Reporting repair and maintenance issues to the drilling supervisor
Workplace Safety
- Following company safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintaining a safe work environment for all crew personnel
Logistics and Documentation
- Safely and accurately loading drill rig and support vehicle each day with supplies
- Promptly and accurately completing time sheets and field paperwork
Crew Support
- Care for and clean assigned company vehicles and drilling equipment and other assigned equipment
Professional Conduct
- Maintaining professional behavior and quality standards
Flexibility
- Willingness to work out of town and on non-standard work schedules when required
High School diploma or GED preferred
