About the role

Responsible for operating drilling equipment to extract oil and gas from underground reservoirs. Works closely with a team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs and related machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor and adjust drilling parameters to achieve optimal results
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in drilling operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using drilling equipment and software
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
