Ability to operate at least 2 pieces of mobile equipment
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance

Ability to work extended hours, weekends and nights when necessary
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required
Ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and the ability to determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed
Ability to lower anchor poles to verify depths of excavations; direct or assist workers placing shore anchors and cables, laying additional pipes from dredges to shore, and pumping from pontoons
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
Help in the production of natural aggregates
Operate at least 2 pieces of mobile equipment (haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, rubber tire backhoe, front loader, etc.), hydraulic pumps, power winches
Operate equipment in quarry or production
Must have excavator and/or dozer experience
May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
Ability to work alone on dredge for long periods of time
Comply with industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance
Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Some jobs could work under harsh conditions including dirty environment, air contamination, intense noise, and restricted movement
May require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry and dusty
