Construction Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Testing and tuning new machine performance.
• Teaching customers/operators how to use a machine’s technology.
• Providing follow-up training upon customer request.
• Presenting information to various size groups.
• Occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in site work, earth moving or heavy construction.
• Experience as a heavy equipment operator is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction layout and grading.
• Proficient in the use of a computer and related software.
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Able to utilize company vehicle for travel.
• Able to travel to other Milton CAT locations as needed.

Pay

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience. This is a salaried position.
