Draw Machine Operator - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate a wire draw machine to create finished products
• Work as a team to support other draw operators
• Pack steel coils to meet customer specifications
• Enter information into computer
• Transport coils for storage using a forklift

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Quick learners who enjoy working with their hands
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety instructions and maintain high standards
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a full shift
• Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, machining, set-up, metals industry
• Forklift experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Schedule

• 12 hour night shifts
• 5-2-2-5 schedule
• Every other weekend off

Pay

• $26.50/hr starting pay: includes night shift premium, paid weekly, first increase after just 3 months!
• $2,000 sign on bonus
