Responsibilities
- Operate a wire draw machine to create finished products
- Work as a team to support other draw operators
- Pack steel coils to meet customer specifications
- Enter information into computer
- Transport coils for storage using a forklift
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Quick learners who enjoy working with their hands
- Strong teamwork skills and excellent attendance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety instructions and maintain high standards
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a full shift
- Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, machining, set-up, metals industry
- Forklift experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Schedule
- 12 hour night shifts
- 5-2-2-5 schedule

Pay
- $26.50/hr starting pay: includes night shift premium, paid weekly, first increase after just 3 months!
- $2,000 sign on bonus
