Draw Level 1 Troubleshooter

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform Weekly Galileo, OTD, Flaw detector and lasermike certifications/calibrations.
• Change FTD belt, cleaning FTD cutter, and ensure ppu misters and cutters are working.
• Perform reboots on equipment.
• Perform other Level 1 troubleshooting tasks as documented in training.
• Perform general maintenance tasks on the Draw tower.
• Act as communications hub for the team, relaying troubleshooting needs to the Tech Team.
• Identify chronic issues with equipment and escalate to Tech Team
• Continue functioning as a Fibermaking MT.

Applicant Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Required

• Must be Draw certified
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow checklist
• Troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities while working in an irregular work environment with changing priorities and multiple tasks
• Must have the ability to function independently with minimal supervision and with strong attention to detail and follow up/completion of assigned action items
• Maintain certification and function as Fibermaking MT on shift
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills

Work Schedule

12hr rotating shift schedule, overtime required as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• The range for this position is $22.00 hourly rate - $25.25 hourly rate.
• Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
