About the role
The Nursing Student works as a Patient Care Aide until Apprentice Certification is obtained. The responsibilities of the Nursing Student include providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards.
Qualifications
- Education required: High School diploma/GED.
- Candidates must be enrolled in a Board approved nursing education program and be selected for the RN apprenticeship program by the college or university.
- Licenses, certifications and/or registrations: BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
