What you need:

• A Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Good attitude:
• A no-nonsense, down-to-business plumber
• You'd rather skip the sales stuff and just plumb
• You feel at home under a home
• You'd rather work with a partner than by yourself
• Experience with whole home re-piping and topping out a multilevel house - installing overhead - having to work around stuff.
