Responsibilities Lead and oversee residential plumbing installation projects from start to finishInstall and replace water heaters, tankless water heaters, plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, bathtubs, and sinksPerform whole-home re-pipes, water line replacements, and drain re-pipesInstall dishwashers, garbage disposals, water filtration systems, and other plumbing-related appliancesTroubleshoot installation challenges and ensure compliance with local plumbing codesInspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfactionClean drains, remove obstructions, and repair or replace damaged pipes and fixtures as neededTrain and mentor apprentice and junior installersCommunicate effectively with homeowners regarding project scope, timelines, and recommendationsCollaborate with HVAC and Electrical professionals on multi-trade projectsMaintain a clean and organized work environment and company vehicleComplete required documentation and job-related paperwork accurately Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing install experience, with leadership experience preferredValid Driver's LicenseStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsSound knowledge of water systemsKnowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, and water heaters. Physical Demands Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of theMay be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and runMay be required to drive and sit for long periods of timeMay be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushingMust have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing/and or maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines. Pay Transparency The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $80k-120k a year. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
