About the Role

Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues
Operating professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Removing blockages such as roots, debris, and buildup
Performing sewer camera inspections and documenting findings
Measuring and locating potential leaks or breaks
Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions
Identifying opportunities and setting leads for additional services

Responsibilities

  • Operating professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Removing blockages such as roots, debris, and buildup
  • Performing sewer camera inspections and documenting findings
  • Measuring and locating potential leaks or breaks
  • Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions
  • Identifying opportunities and setting leads for additional services
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
  • Upholding company standards, safety procedures, and a strong code of ethics

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • A positive, customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working in a field environment, including tight spaces and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, climb, kneel, and work with equipment as needed
