Drain Cleaner - Drain Technician

Position Overview

Perform drain cleaning services using snakes, augers, and hydro-jetting equipment
Diagnose drain and sewer line issues using video inspection tools
Remove blockages and restore proper system function
Provide recommendations for repairs or preventative maintenance
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Deliver excellent customer service and clearly explain issues and solutions
Complete job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, 2+ years
• Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined spaces if necessary
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Willing to work in all types of weather
