This full-time, year-round opportunity offers a competitive base salary with the potential for performance-based bonuses, enabling top performers to earn up to $150,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including water heater maintenance, leak detection, drain cleaning, and pipe repairs
• Interact directly with homeowners, clearly explaining available solutions and providing honest, professional recommendations
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, water filtration, and preventative maintenance to increase commissions
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace
• Deliver superior craftsmanship

Requirements

• Several years of residential service and drain cleaning experience
• Diagnostic skills to handle challenging plumbing jobs
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts simply
