Draftsman/ Project Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a designer with 3-7 years of professional experience in single-family residential design in the U.S. A portfolio submission is required. Remote applicants are welcome, but candidates located in the Santa Barbara or Los Angeles areas are preferred for occasional in-person meetings. Proficiency in Revit is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit (required); experience with 3D rendering is a strong plus
• 5-7 years of professional experience in high-end residential design (experience in California is especially valued)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in high-end residential design and the ability to produce complete Construction Document sets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-driven, motivated, and confident working through all phases of design, from concept to completion
