Drafter/Estimator

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Drafter/Estimator with measuring experience to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys variety, and excels at keeping multiple projects moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure job sites and translate field data into detailed cabinet drawings.
• Prepare clear and accurate estimates for residential and commercial cabinetry projects.
• Follow up with clients to gather missing details, confirm selections, and ensure accuracy before production.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the production team to maintain project alignment.
• Help manage timelines, project changes, and multiple jobs simultaneously.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation for regular site visits.
• Strong math, measuring, and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet design software (experience with Cabinet Vision is must).
• Background in construction, carpentry, or custom cabinetry.

Pay

Competitive salary: $62,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
