Drafter

About the role

Drafter/Designers use Autodesk Inventor software to convert architectural drawings into technical manufacturing drawings. Create, Maintain, and update models to assure timely manufacturing of products to customer specifications. Assist as needed for accurate interpretation to production personnel. Reports directly to the Engineering Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor software.
• Convert architectural drawings into technical manufacturing drawings.
• Assist production personnel in interpreting designs accurately.
• Maintain and update models to ensure timely manufacturing of products to customer specifications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor software.
• Strong understanding of drafting and design principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting and design.
