Draft Tech

Responsibilities

• Pushes/pulls hand truck to machine or shelves and loads appropriate product.
• Makes occasional keg deliveries to customers.
• Keeps equipment and vendor areas clean.
• Maintains draft lines by inspecting, cleaning and troubleshooting.
• Completes and submits draft cleaning tracking reports.
• Lead and/or assist with Draft System installations.
• Affix with Special Event set-up, execution, and tear-down.
• Works with sales representatives to build draft market, as well as to build and expand knowledge of draft beer.

Requirements

• Customer service oriented.
• Solid organization and time management skills.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Ride along/road test with Delivery Manager.
• Must have an acceptable MVR according to Company policy.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous sales experience a plus.

Reports to: Delivery Manager

Position Objective: The Draft Technician is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, troubleshooting and repairing customer draft lines and performing installations of equipment and materials within an assigned area with multiple accounts.
