About the role

The Digital Prepress (DP) Customer Service (CS) Technician communicates with customers on desktop information, provides customer training as needed, and assists sales and customer service personnel in maintaining customer relations and satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and QuarkXPress desktop publishing applications
• Extensive experience with computer operating systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer support and training experience
• Good communication and organizational skills

Eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.
